Cooking
Many step-by-step do, nothing really to show. Chicken fillet (or any other part of the chicken) cut into thin strips, marinate in 1 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp oil and the spices (to taste: salt, pepper, aromatic herbs. I was seasoning the grill) and leave for 20 minutes. Then over medium heat fry until soft and Golden brown.
Cabbage finely chop, pickled cucumber cut into thin strips, Korean carrots chopped (I had purchased very long, I cut the strips into 3 parts). All vegetables folded into a bowl, add the already prepared and cooled chicken.
For the sauce mix all of the ingredients, garlic squeeze through the press. You can do without tomato sauce. Fill with salad, garnish with leaves of greens and serve. Bon appetit.
