Today returned from Krasnoyarsk, and rolled the ball home :) all the work are important :) I had to rush to the pots :) to save the family from starvation :) assistant was the booklet :)

Latke cook beef broth (I cooked it an hour).
As the broth is ready, add to the pan with the mushrooms. Meat separated from the bones and cut into small pieces, leave in the broth.
After 20 minutes of cooking the broth with the mushrooms add the chopped cube potatoes.
After 5 minutes add the potatoes add the rice.
Cucumbers cut into cubes and add tomato paste.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the prepared cucumbers into the soup.
Due to the tomato paste, the soup turned red.
Soup rassolnik home-ready!!! when serving sprinkle with herbs and sour cream. BON APPETIT!!!
