Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Orange juice

    0.75 l

  • Banana

    1 piece

Cut pieces of banana and pineapple

Put in a blender fruit, cereal. We use cereal from Mistral

In a blender mix the fruit and cereal, then add the juice from the cans of pineapple and the juice of a red orange. Whisk a couple of seconds
