Share with you the recipe of the most delicious homemade sausage! In our house it has replaced the purchase of sausages. Boiled sausage contains no preservatives and dyes. Such cooked sausage can be safely given even to kids.

From this amount of ingredients I get two bars of sausage weighing approximately 300 grams. Preparation start with the fact that cut fish into pieces and put into blender. Add the peeled garlic teeth.
Then put salt, spices, cream and fill with quail eggs. Instead of the quail eggs you can take 2 chicken protein.
Whisk in a blender all ingredients together until smooth. Open the lid and pour in the prepared mixture into the milk. Close the lid and mix again all the ingredients together. Pork sausage should obtain a creamy homogeneous structures such as air mousse.
Take plastic wrap (I took one sausage, about 50-60 cm) and spread a portion of stuffing. Wrap the roll tightly tying the edges and spread in the pan. Pour water up to half.
Cook on a medium heat sausage in one hour if the Turkey. If sausage of chicken, it will be enough and 40 minutes.
Ready-cooked sausage cool. Remove the foil and serve!
