I wasn't going to put this marinade recipe, till my son saw that I put "his favorite meat". He asked to put his favorite hen. This marinade for chicken I found by trial and error, and now marinate the chicken the only way. Very simple, and the chicken turns out delicious and amazingly tender.

Cooking
It is all the food we need for cooking our bird. Yesterday I cooked chicken drumsticks.
Chicken put in a bowl for marinating and add the salt.
Next - mayonnaise or sour cream. Mayonnaise and sour cream make the chicken more juicy.
1 teaspoon of mustard. In the finished product mustard will not be felt, but it helps to make the chicken softer.
Sprinkle with spices: salt, pepper and seasoning "To chicken and steak." I love this seasoning because it gives the finished chicken a gourmet flavor, unique bouquet of its constituent herbs and vegetables. If you can not buy this dressing, it is better in the market to buy separately: paprika, coriander, mustard and turmeric.
