Carrot-rice patties
Tender cutlets of carrots. Hearty, juicy and easy to prepare. These burgers we love in the family. Cook them in the office without the eggs, add flour or starch. Today I nepolnye variant-egg.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    400 g

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Water

    350 ml

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    30 g

  • Black pepper

Boil the rice in salted water to thoroughly seethe, cool.

Carrots grate on medium grater, onion and garlic chopped.

Onions and garlic fry in vegetable oil until soft, add the carrots, pour soy sauce "Kikkoman", stew vegetables, all the while stirring, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cool.

Mix the cooled vegetables, rice, egg, black pepper.

Divide the stuffing into equal pieces. I have 12 pieces. Formed into patties.

Roll patties in breadcrumbs.

Fry the meatballs on both sides. Ready spread on paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot.
