Plum pie fill

Ingredients

  • Flour

    380 g

  • Milk

    180 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pack

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Drain

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    170 g

  • Mac

    20 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Vanilla

In a saucepan pour the milk, add sugar, butter, salt and vanilla. Put on fire and bring with constant stirring, until warm. The sugar should completely dissolve and the butter melt.

Pour milk mixture into large bowl, let cool slightly and pour the flour and dry yeast.

Knead a soft dough and gather it into a ball.

Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put in a warm place to rise for about an hour, to increase test by half.

Detachable form for baking (diameter 26 cm) lay a baking paper. Hands to distribute evenly the shape of the dough. To make it cuts almost to the bottom.

The incisions and insert the halved plums. Cover the form with a towel and leave the pie for 15-20 minutes in a warm place. Meanwhile, turn on to warm up the oven at 195 degrees.

For filling simply mix the cream, sugar and poppy (sour cream is better to take not very thick). Evenly distribute the filling on top of the pie.

Bake the pie in a hot oven for 35-40 minutes. With the willingness of cake to follow along in your oven! Ready to give the cake to cool slightly, remove from mold and serve!
