Raspberry jam
Cooked in the microwave. Helped the book "Microwave cooking" by E. V. Fedirko and V. A. Fedirko. Minimized efforts. The taste - excellent. Thought too late to offer a review of the recipe, but days on the market of raspberries I bought, so, there it is. And for the future, maybe the recipe will fit in the economy.

Ingredients

  • Raspberry

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Citric acid

    4 g

Prepare the syrup: mix water with sugar and place in the microwave on full power. The authors say that in 7-10 minutes the sugar is dissolved. I have a maximum capacity of 800, so 15 minutes left. Every 3-5 minutes you need to stir the syrup.

In hot syrup put berries and citric acid. Stir.

Again, full power and 8 minutes. It took me almost 20 minutes. Three times I stirred.

Arrange in the sterilized jars

Roll. Overturn upside down. Wrap it up until cool. Make one liter, two-liter and a small tin of caviar.
