Cooking
Onions cut into half rings, pour vinegar diluted in 1st. boiled water, salt.
While the onion is marinating, cut the sausage (I had "Hunting") into strips and fry in butter.
The cucumbers I picked salted, cleaned and cut into strips.
Boiled eggs cut into halves, remove the yolks. To postpone 6-7 halves of the proteins (depending on the diameter of the bowl) for stuffing. The remaining whites and all the yolks chopped.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater (I rubbed homemade "Creamy"), to defer saucer 6 tea spoons separately.
Prunes wash, cut into strips.
Walnuts chopped or grated.
Stacked layers: sausage, eggs, mayonnaise, cucumbers, pickled onions(marinade Express),mayonnaise, cheese, prunes, mayonnaise sprinkle with walnuts. Make "snow" half of the eggs stuffed with grated cheese mixed with grated garlic and mayonnaise. Lay the egg halves on the salad stuffing down and coat with mayonnaise. The salad is ready - help yourself!
Forgot to add a picture of the deviled eggs. Here it is.
