Cooking

step-0
The chicken is cleaned of skin, cut meat. The remaining skeleton to fill about 1.5 liter of water. Put in a Bay leaf, 1 sprig of celery, add salt and cook the broth.
step-1
Chicken liver wash and cut roughly in half, if very large, into 3 parts.
step-2
Soak bread in milk.
step-3
Chicken grind and add salt, one white and the soaked bread. Knead the minced meat.
step-4
Now wet your hands in water so the meat doesn't stick, form a circle.
step-5
Put inside a piece of liver. Formed dumplings. I usually make them out of rabbit meat, with his own liver! Sometimes the liver is prepared in advance, then quenelle out smaller and it is possible to cook in the broth! And yet, the raw liver of a well thickened with flour and boiled egg yolks. Put our dumplings in the steamer.
step-6
Now we start to cook our soup! Cut all the vegetables into small squares.
step-7
Heated in a frying pan butter, put the onions, celery and carrots and sauté briefly, about 3 minutes!
step-8
Wash the lentils well.
step-9
In a saucepan put the lentils, then the squash, potato, and on top zazharku. Pour into it our broth so that it barely covered the veggies! I cook almost all soups with the cover of the pressure cooker, she's my favorite assistant, you can use either a pressure cooker or slow cooker, if you have a pan, then pour a larger amount of broth and simmer everything for about an hour on low heat. After you take the blender and whisk the soup into a puree! Pour it on plates, put each on 2 or more dumplings! That's all! If serverwide for adults, add peppers and different herbs, but for a child you can just a little bit of dill! Bon appetit!
