For the test, separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk whites with a pinch of salt and sugar in a stable foam.
One by one add the egg yolks.
Sift flour and mix with baking powder.
Add to the dough and divide it in half.
In one half add cocoa (actually had to add cocoa to the flour, and even better cocoa mix with the flour, but I'd go, and I did so).
In a greased split mold, spread the dough, alternating white, dark. Put strictly in the center, a tablespoon. Put very quickly, you need to wait until the previous layer will melt.
So it turns out. Bake in a preheated 175 degree oven until tender (30-35 minutes). Readiness check wand, it should be dry.
Ready cake cut into two parts.
For the cream, mix eggs and sugar. No need to beat, just mix.
Add starch and cook in a water bath, stirring constantly, until thick.
In the cooled cream add soft butter (200g) and one teaspoon of coffee liqueur. Whisk together.
For sweet, mix milk, sugar (2 tbsp.), remaining cocoa and butter. Cook on a slow fire, to boil.
The cake impregnated with liquor. If the cake will eat little children, it is better to impregnate strong sweet tea.
