Sausage of Turkey and chicken
Feast new year's eve involves a rich and varied menu. Popular meats, including meat. I want to offer you to pamper its guests with a sausage of their own making. Very delicate, light, with just a hint of garlic and paprika. Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    500 g

  • Chicken's leg

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Broth

    150 ml

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Rinse with cold water meat.

Trim the meat from the drumsticks and chop into small cubes.

Boil water, put it in the sausage, bring to boil and cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
