Cooking
To prepare the lazy cabbage rolls, take a rice "Orient" from "Mistral". Measure out half a Cup of rice, it just is 100 g. At the same time in another pan in vegetable oil (1 tbsp), fry until zolotisty the remaining chopped onions.
Add to the onions tomatoes in own juice, salt, spices. Stir.
Add sour cream. Dilute everything with water, stir. Do not worry if the sauce is runny, the rice will absorb it.
Pour the sauce meatballs - lazy cabbage rolls, add the Bay leaves and optional red chili pepper. Bring to a boil, low down the heat and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Serves lazy cabbage rolls hot, sprinkled with herbs, I dill. Bon appetit!
