Cooking
Soft butter at room temperature, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar mix until smooth. I did that with the mixer on low speed
Nuts grind in a blender. I took 60 g of almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts.
Add to egg -oil mixture, add the nuts and the sifted flour
Knead a stiff dough. Remove the dough in the fridge for 20-30 minutes
The dough can be divided into three parts and bake the shortcakes. I took the pan 49*23 cm, covered with baking paper and put all the dough was flattened with a spoon.
Put in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
While still hot cut into three layers, put them on top of each other and evenly cut edge. Trim the crusts come in handy for decoration.
