And for me, the Christmas and winter drink is fragrant, spicy, warming mulled wine! When the Christmas tree is already decorated with sparkles and lights included favorite Christmas movie, next to her husband and a warm blanket in the hands of this wonderful drink... Half of pomegranate juice pour into a saucepan, add the spices: cinnamon - 1 tsp, anise - 0,5 tsp, cloves - 5 PCs allspice - 3 peas (the amount of spices can be adjusted according to your taste) and add sugar. Boil the mixture for a few minutes, cover with lid, leave for 10 minutes.
While the mixture is infused, pour over boiling water orange and tangerine, rinse well. To remove the zest from both fruits, cut in half.
Squeeze the juice of the oranges and tangerines into the pan, where was the juice with the spices.
Also add the zest of the fruit. Pour the second half pomegranate juice and add the wine. Here you can adjust the sweetness of the drink, if a little sugar, add more. Put the mixture on the fire, wait until the first small bubbles and remove from heat. The mixture boil is not necessary! Cover, let stand 30 minutes. Before serving, strain and reheat.
