Came across this recipe in my old cookery book. By the way, it never failed me, although not the most detailed description of the cooking process, everything is clearly written. In General, I trusted the recipe and the result exceeded all my expectations! Of course, my chocolate is not too reminiscent of store-bought tile, eat out without a doubt!

Cooking
In a separate container mix the dry milk and cocoa powder.
Cook the syrup. This is the most important, in my opinion, the stage has been described very succinctly, so I think of myself. Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan with a thick bottom, put on medium heat.
Bring syrup to a boil, stir vigorously, boil for another 2-3 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low, add the dry mixture. Knead until a homogeneous smooth mass. Remove from the stove.
Add in pieces of butter "Ekomilk". Stir until completely absorbed oil in the ground. The chocolate is ready.
The form carefully grease with butter (I took a standard cake pan), spread the chocolate mass. I added in chocolate roasted almonds. Chocolate thickens eyes. Leave at room temperature until fully cured.
Extracted from the mold and cut into arbitrary pieces.
А в место сухого молока можно использовать обычное молоко?
