Easy cheese soup
A very light soup with melted cheese, hearty, delicious, spicy. Cooked very quickly and just as quickly eaten. The recipe I saw on local TV, called the soup "Presidential" - it loves our President, as told by the author of the recipe.

Onions and carrots cut into medium-sized. Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.

In a saucepan put the butter and let it boil, put the onion and carrots, fry until transparent over low heat. To keep the onions started Browning, it needs to be transparent, but not fried.
