Chicken soup,
Spring came, and with it intensified and all sorts of viruses. But "war is war, and lunch schedule." So today I had to remember about natural antibiotic - chicken broth. The highlight of this amazing soup are semolina gnocchi, which I prepared many years for the recipe my dear grandmother.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Celery root

    1 slice

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 sprig

  • Parsley

    3 slice

  • Dill

    1 coup

Cook chicken broth for Your favorite recipe. Today I used the upper part from the chicken wings.

After each serving of semolina mixture stir. As a result, the structure it should resemble porridge of medium thickness. Leave the semolina to infuse for about 20 mins, it will swell and dumplings can be easy to create, with the help of two teaspoons.

Form a small dumpling, given that when cooked, they increase in volume in 2-3 times, and put them to stew in chicken broth. I cooked in a slow cooker, along with the wings for 1 hour. You can just on the stove, on low heat, preventing rapid boil, covering the pot with a lid.
