Collect the film in the bag and tie with a thread. To check the strength and integrity of the film!

Lower the bag with the egg in hot water and cook on low heat for about 2-5 minutes, depending on desired consistency of the yolk, the protein must be dense! If you wish inside the egg you can add finely chopped vegetables, herbs or even ham. Bon appetit!
