Cutlets of oatmeal and mushrooms with cream sauce
Mushroom season is not far off, and maybe someone has already occurred. Therefore I propose to prepare such unusual burgers. Fragrant and delicious! My fussy for once ate as much as 4 pieces, and this is a great figure! I hope you will like it! For the recipe are grateful to Ola (warunik) with LJ.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Butter

    20 g

Cooking

Oatmeal pour boiling water, cover with a plate and allow to infuse, to swell about half an hour

Cooked mushrooms finely chop or melechim blender, but not in porridge.

Drain excess water from the oatmeal, add the mushrooms, egg, flour, chopped in a blender onion, pressed garlic, oregano, salt and pepper and stir. Set aside.

Make a sauce. Cut into cubes onion and fry until transparent in butter. Sprinkle the top with flour, and stir, all the while stirring, add a little broth, gradually infusing the whole. Bring to a boil, add salt, pepper, pour the sour cream and turn off in a minute. The sauce is ready.

Vegetable oil start to fry our burgers. Spread a large tablespoon, lightly attach the form, reduce the heat to medium-small and fry patties for 5 minutes on each side.
