Recently a friend shared with me a recipe for a very unusual jam. Judging by the ingredients, it should have been I really like it! So literally the next day it was tested! It was very tasty! Not the usual jam, probably more a dessert.. the Internet is walking under the name "Monkey butter". A delicious exotic dessert - not cloying, which is dominated by the taste can not say.. This here is a trio - banana-pineapple with hints of coconut! And to cook it very simply and quickly!

Cooking
In a large pan pour cans of pineapple along with the syrup. There also pour lemon juice squeezed from 1-2 lemons. I have 2 small lemon was. Add the sugar and coconut. I have a small part of the usual coconut and some of the big coconut craney. Size does not matter.
There also send the sliced bananas.
Mix all and put on to cook.
Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool a little..
And punching blender. And cook on slow fire for another 15-20 minutes, stirring peridicheski. Jam much "spit", so be careful! I closed the lid. Here jam-and dessert is ready! Spread into sterile jars, close with sterile lids. Let cool and store in the fridge. Jam banana kept long, approximately, during 2 weeks.
We have this dessert ended much earlier! Very tasty and solo, and biscuits, and pancakes, and as a layer cake.
