Apricot jam
A good way to recycle "substandard". I didn't have the heart to throw away, so I had to look for a recipe online to: quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Citric acid

    0.25 tsp

Apricots wash, remove seeds and mince. Add sugar and let stand for about an hour to let the juice. To put our apricots stew on a small fire. When it boils - add the citric acid. All the time remove the foam. After the jam has stopped foaming, cook for another 5 minutes. Immediately pour in sterilized jars, close and wrap it up to cool.
