Oh, how I have wanted to bake!!! A clipping from a magazine a long time attracted me... and no wonder! It's delicious, super chocolate, super tasty and very festive! Dedicated to lovers of baking chocolate, and just chocolate lovers. And generally dedicated to all who see now this tart. He's gorgeous. Come in for a Cup of tea.

Cooking
The softened butter vzbit with sugar until a homogeneous white mass.
Add 1 tbsp flour and 1 egg yolk, beat it.
Flour mixed with cocoa powder.
1 tablespoon add flour mixture to the oil, whisking continuously.
If needed, add 2-3 tablespoons of ice water. Get a smooth plastic dough.
Detachable form for baking (diameter 22 cm) to lay the oiled baking paper, put the dough, forming the edges, prick the crust with a fork and a clean shape for 20 minutes in the freezer.
Chocolate to break into pieces, add alcohol (without alcohol do), melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Enter the beaten eggs to the hot milk (to prevent continuously!!!), put on a tiny fire and heat the mixture for 2-3 minutes (don't forget to actively interfere). Remove from heat, and a couple of minutes to stir so that the eggs don't curdle.
In the melted chocolate pour the milk-egg mixture, stir thoroughly.
The cooled cake to cover food paper, pour on top of the peas (beans, any other cereal) and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Then remove the peas and bake the cake for another 5 minutes.
Pull out the cake from oven, sprinkle with a little sea salt (or regular coarse salt). Don't be afraid of salt in this case, it is not superfluous, it would not seem!
Evenly spread the cooked condensed milk.
Pour on top of chocolate mixture. And again a little sprinkle with salt. Oven temperature down to 150 degrees, put the tart for 20-25 minutes to bake. Fire off, leave the tart in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Tart before serving, cool completely. Decorate according to desire and mood.

очень вкусный , но только муки пришлось добавить больше и в тесто и в шоколадную смесь(была очень жидкой). Но все очень довольны. Спасибо за рецепт)
