Pizza Twist
I really love Italian cuisine with its variety of dishes and tastes, warmth and emotion that the Italians are investing in the preparation of food. Don't know anyone who wouldn't love Italian classics – pizza and pasta. And beautiful pizza in in the form of the sun is sure to appeal to children. When you tear off a piece of dough, followed by stretching strands of melted cheese and the aroma of your house is fabulous – freshly baked dough and homemade tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mozzarella

    150 g

  • Parmesan

    60 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    700 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Ingredients.

1. In a bowl of water to pour honey and 1 tbsp olive oil, stir. The water should be almost hot to the hand. Pour the yeast so that they are evenly distributed over the surface of the liquid.

2. Cover the bowl with a towel and clean in a dark place for 5-7 minutes, until the yeast has swollen. Then stir the contents of the bowl.

3. Sift the flour into a large bowl along with the salt. Make a hole and pour it in the liquid with the yeast. Circular motion of the hand gradually stir the flour into the liquid to form the dough. Put the dough on a floured surface and knead 10 minutes until elastic. Return to greased with olive oil a bowl.

4. Grease the plastic wrap with the remaining olive oil and cover the bowl with the dough oil side down.

5. Cover the bowl with a towel and put in a warm place for an hour or until until the dough will double in volume.

6. While suitable dough, make the sauce. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a little olive oil until transparent. With tomatoes remove the skin and chop the flesh, place in a pan to the onions. Salt and pepper to taste.

7. Add the finely chopped garlic and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce boiled and thickens, about 20 minutes on low heat. The photo shows the texture of the sauce. At the end of cooking add to the sauce chopped Basil.

8. The risen dough punch down and divide into two parts. Roll out one half quite thinly and put on greased olive oil baking sheet. Generously grease a layer of tomato sauce.

9. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

10. Roll out second layer of dough and cover them with pizza. In the middle of the pizza to place a small Cup around it to make cuts in the manner of the rays of the sun.

11. Roll each "ray" in a tube. If necessary, slightly press the edges. Sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese.
