Time flies... I'm almost three years on the website. You gift is one of my favorite recipes (or 3 in one recipe: cheese in the microwave, drink from whey and the pudding)!

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Salt

Cooking

step-0
If you have already finished the cheese, skip this step. In microwave oven 1 liter of fresh milk (shelf stable milk is not suitable) and 500 grams of yogurt I quickly make delicate cottage cheese or ricotta. In a glass bowl, pour the milk and yogurt, add a pinch of salt and heat for about 10-12 min but not boiling. Carefully remove and, if not very well curdle, add a couple tablespoons of lemon juice. Stir, give 10 minutes to settle.
step-1
Strain through a very fine sieve. If I do from dairy products with fat content 1.5%, the output is approximately 250 g of cottage cheese.
step-2
In a pan pour 200 g of milk, add butter, sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir, bring to boil. The amount of sugar adjust themselves depending on the acid of your cheese, vanilla can be put, and more!
step-3
In 50 g of cold milk, stir the starch and yolks. Pour a trickle in the hot milk, stirring constantly, and boil on slow fire for 5 minutes.
step-4
To give the pudding a little cool. Add the cheese and grind in a blender until more or less smooth.
step-5
Leave to cool.
step-6
If you took the cheese, then the remaining whey and add juice. Approximately 2:1. Cool. You can just throw a couple of ice cubes. Whey goes well multivitamin, carrot, orange juices... Drink with pleasure - the drink is very useful for slender figures and for health in General!
step-7
The pudding freezes very quickly. This dessert pleases both adults and children. I usually make a triple batch, because it gets eaten immediately! Can be served with strawberries, raspberries, you can sprinkle with grated chocolate...
