Cooking
With a mixer on medium speed (I was mixing by hand) mix butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth, long, otherwise the cookies will spread out during baking.
Beat in an egg. Pour the sifted flour and mix on low speed until the dough will stick together in a lump. Put the dough in a bag and leave for an hour in the fridge.
Roll out to thickness of 5-7 mm, cut out figures. If the dough is difficult to roll out, is it better to roll out between two sheets of parchment paper.
I used a mold-pyramid, cutting out biscuit base with sides 8,5x8,5cm. In the end I got 15 large size sugar cookies.
Bake on paper at a temperature of 180 Celsius degrees for 6-10 minutes, depending on size of cookies.
