Sugar cookies with a creamy aroma and taste, embellished with decorative colored sugar and colored icing... (recipe from the Internet).

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

With a mixer on medium speed (I was mixing by hand) mix butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth, long, otherwise the cookies will spread out during baking.

Beat in an egg. Pour the sifted flour and mix on low speed until the dough will stick together in a lump. Put the dough in a bag and leave for an hour in the fridge.
