Description
In addition to liver pate (the recipe I posted before) of pork Podravka can be done simply divine loaf. Obligatory dish for the cold Siberian winters :)

Cooking
Step by step and show there is nothing. Podcherevok (together with skin) from the inside, smear crushed garlic, sprinkle with pepper and herbs to taste, spin the roll, bind with twine or strong thread, put into cold water with salt and Bay leaves (2 tbsp salt per 1 liter of water who like saltier, add more salt), bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes. Leave in brine until morning.
The next day, remove, dry. I cut the roll into pieces, each wrapped in foil and stored in the freezer. It is convenient - removed, as necessary, slightly thawed... further action on the consumption of fat known to all :)
