Salted red fish in 2 hours
I want to offer the option of salting salmon. Suitable for any red fish. Only 2 hours and the food is ready!

I usually take fish less than 0.5 kg, so 1 liter of brine is enough. If the fish is big, you can just proportionally increase the amount of ingredients of the brine. This time I had a piece of trout, weighing 300 g.

The brine is prepared as follows: in hot water dissolve salt and sugar. Leaving to cool. I cooled in a basin of cold water, it's faster.
