It is nice to please your family a delicious Breakfast in the day, when not a pity to spend a little time cooking! This recipe is perfect for Breakfast in the holiday-day off - delicate creamy taste of the eggs will not leave anyone indifferent!

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Tomato

  • Cream

    12 Tbsp

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

Here are the ingredients for cooking eggs baked. The name itself speaks about what to cook are eggs necessary in special forms-the cocotte, but if none exist, you can use a small single serve baking dish. For making 4 eggs you will need 4 forms.

Green onions wash and finely chop. In a pan melt the butter and fry in it the onion for 2-3 minutes. Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces (if using cherry tomatoes just cut in half). Add the tomatoes to the onions and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Salt, pepper to taste, add Mediterranean herbs. Pour 8 tablespoons of cream and slightly warmed.

Tomato-cream-l ukbuy the mixture was spread in molds. Top each produced one egg and one tablespoon cream. On top sprinkle with grated cheese.

Take a deep baking tray, put it in our molds with eggs. Pour into the pan of hot water so that the ramekins with the eggs was in the water by about 2/3. Send a baking sheet with the ramekins in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Be guided by your oven, it took me approximately 18 minutes, I periodically looked in order not to miss the moment when the egg whites are already cooked, and the yolk remained liquid.
