I've never cooked in a microwave. Used it only for warming up. Now my attitude to cooking in "microwave ", is fundamentally changed. I offer "Orange pudding". Turns out very tasty quick dessert with orange notes. It is especially relevant now, in these hot days, when the kitchen you want to spend as little time as possible, and here microwave just saved!!! And most importantly - all of this is preparing some 4 minutes 20 seconds!!!

Cooking
Butter, flour, sugar, eggs, zest of two oranges, vanilla sugar - beat biscuit in a food processor (blender) until smooth.
Place all the ingredients for the sauce (honey, butter, orange juice), except orange slices, in a saucepan and slowly bring to the boil.
Stir until a homogeneous mass.
A portion of the refractory molds (I had 3 pieces), or if no molds, you can rent wine glasses, tea cups, grease with vegetable oil, lightly sprinkle with flour. Put 1 tbsp of orange sauce in the molds,
Then sprinkle the dough. Cover form with foil and pierce the foil with a knife.
Cooking mini-cakes in the microwave for 4min.20sec. at 650 watt. Go with a knife between the walls and a pudding, flip and remove shape.
