Description
Chicken with vegetables in Cameroon. The recipe simple to cook very quickly. The food is light, tasty, chicken breast tender, not dry. The sauce perfectly complements the dish. To prepare this I will more and happy. Cooking
Chicken fillet without skin cut into pieces.
Fry in vegetable oil, stirring occasionally.
Cut the leeks and red onion.
Bell pepper cut into strips.
Add the vegetables to the meat. Sprinkle with salt and put the spices: nutmeg (a little), Basil and cardamom. Mix all and simmer until tender.
Now the spices: a bit of ground nutmeg, dried Basil and ground cardamom. All mix thoroughly and simmer until the vegetables are soft. To prepare the sauce, mix the yogurt (you can take a thick yogurt), garlic (finely chopped) and Basil.
Spread on a plate of lettuce or cabbage leaves, then the chicken with vegetables, pour the sauce. Bon appetit!
