Cheese-garlic sauce for Grengam
Presenting Chefs cheese and garlic sauce, which is perfect for Grengam. The sauce is tangy and very tender and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Cheese sausage

    200 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Bread

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a saucepan pour in the milk, bring to a boil.

Sausage cheese grate.

Add to the milk. On low heat a lot continuously stir until the cheese melts.

You can't beat the immersion blender to get a more homogeneous mass.

Add soy sauce, Kikkoman.

For croutons of bread cut the peel and cut the flesh into cubes.
