Cooking
In a saucepan pour in the milk, bring to a boil.
Add to the milk. On low heat a lot continuously stir until the cheese melts.
You can't beat the immersion blender to get a more homogeneous mass.
Pepper and mix well. The sauce is ready.
For croutons of bread cut the peel and cut the flesh into cubes.
To coat the cubes with olive oil using a silicone brush and sauté in a pan until Golden on all sides.
