Curly buns
Another yeast cake from my favorite(number 2 )test. The children were delighted!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    50 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Raisins

Sugar (leave out of the total amount of 1 tablespoon for the dough), eggs, salt and vanilla - beat white.

Dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk with 2 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp of sugar, leave for 15 minutes.

The oil is dissolved in the remaining warm milk and combine with beaten egg, sugar, vanilla, salt, eggs. Add the yeast, flour and knead the dough. To put it in a warm place, covered with a towel. As soon as I rise, stir down dough again and leave to rise again. You can then shape our products.

All products for proofing, then lubricate the whipped with a small amount of water with the egg and bake in preheated oven at T 200*C for about 10 minutes. Bon appetit.
