Cooking
To prepare the products. Squirrels should be removed from the freezer and let them thaw at room temperature and then place in refrigerator to keep cool.
Orange wash, dry, remove the zest and squeeze the juice.
Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and zest.
Cooled proteins beat with a mixer until a stable foam. Thawed whites well whipped, it can be seen in the photo.
Parts add sugar, continuing to whisk until all the sugar will not be involved.
To flour mixture add orange juice
Mix well. The result is a fairly thick batter. Add 1/3 beaten egg whites into the batter. Carefully stir with a spoon. Then another 1/3 and stir with a mixer.
The last third gently stir with a spatula movements from the bottom up.
I had candied orange and I decided to add them to the dough, but then regretted it. Yeast dough, culicinae, for example, raises good fruit, but the dough on the proteins too gentle for that, it failed, the cake after baking dipped slightly. So don't add anything, cupcake and so delicious in itself.
Put the dough in silicone molds and put in preheated oven.
Bake at 180*C for approximately 45-50 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.
The cake to cool slightly in the form, then on the grill.
Frosting: powdered sugar and orange juice. Add the powder to the juice and stir intensively until the mixture becomes like a good condensed milk.
