Description
Simple but very tasty, hearty salad. An interesting appetizer in the German style for weddings. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Lill - Julia called "Hot salad with mushrooms and bacon" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Dice the bacon and mushrooms (mushrooms forgot to take a picture, but I had mushrooms). In a well heated pan with olive oil fry the bacon and mushrooms.
Salad I took this, a blend of two salads (red Radicchio). Green - in Italy it's called Valerian (Valerian is not the same that is used in medical facilities). Rinse well and dry. Salad you can take any, it is not recommended to cut, and it is desirable not to tear into very small pieces.
For the sauce "balsamic": in a saucepan pour the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, ground black pepper. To heat to such a state that the honey is dissolved.
To apply for table I of the ready prepared mixes for bread, which I bought at IKEA with lingonberries, baked small buns. Let them cool, cut off the top and cut the pulp. The pulp is then used for croutons, roast it on a dry pan.
At the bottom of each loaf lay out the lettuce leaves, then mushrooms, bacon, nuts (I used sunflower, you can also of any other) ......
...cover with sauce and decorate with olives and thin slices of Parmesan (or other hard cheese)
