Cooking
Well proceed, and that the road is long, as in a fairy tale :))) Bake the 1st layer of the CAKE green. Spinach rinse and place in a container blender + 100 ml water and whisk with a blender. Pour into a saucepan and boil to form a slurry. I came up with 3 tbsp.

Further to this mass add 3 tbsp of breadcrumbs + 6 tbsp coconut + spinach + 0,5 tsp turmeric + 1 tsp baking powder and beat well with a mixer.
Proteins, beat with a mixer in a standing foam, add in the yolk mass and gently stir with a spoon, as if twisting upward. Pour the dough with a parchment form (or grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs). Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for approx 40-45 minutes (I baked 30 min. at 180 + 15 min under 150). The willingness of cake check wooden stick (dry, without a test), and the cake needs to keep up with the edge of the form.
The cake is ready. The cake turns out a bit wet - that's good !
And now - 2nd LAYER - yellow. Take 5 eggs, separate the yolks from the whites.
To the yolks 5 tbsp of sugar and beat with a mixer until the doubling mass.
Further to this mass add 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs + 2 tbsp flour + 1 tsp turmeric + 1 tsp baking powder and beat well with a mixer.

When baking our cakes, prepare 2 custard. 1st CREAM - basic - white, vanilla. Take 0.5 liters of milk, pour into pan, but leave approximately 100 ml (to dissolve the starch and flour), put on medium heat + 100 g sugar + vanilla sugar. 1 tbsp flour and 2 tbsp corn starch mix and add 100 ml. milk, beat well with a whisk to avoid lumps. The milk is already hot, pour it in the milk with the flour and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Ready. Mass completely and let cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Beat with a mixer, 200 g of softened butter. Add 2 tbsp of custard (that we cooked and cooled) and whisk well each time.
The cream is ready. (You can put in the refrigerator, so it will be easier to work with it)
Now, the 2nd CREAM - chocolate. Take 250 ml milk, pour into pan, but leave approximately 100 ml (to dissolve the starch and flour), put on medium heat + 50 g sugar + 2 tsp cocoa. 1 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp corn starch mix and add 100 ml. milk, beat well with a whisk to avoid lumps. Milk with sugar and cocoa hot, pour it in the milk with the flour and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Ready. Mass completely and let cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Beat with a mixer 100 g of softened butter. Add 2 tbsp of custard (that we cooked and cooled) and whisk well each time.
The cream is ready. (You can put in the refrigerator, so it will be easier to work with it)
Strawberries wash, dry with paper towel.
Berries slice thickness of 5 mm. Viklasti on the dish in three layers, each pereklast cloth and the top, too, went to excess fluid.
We put our cake in order. First the yellow cake.
The chocolate cream. Strawberries.
The white cream. Strawberries.

Now coat the whole cake with white cream.
Sprinkle with shaved chocolate sides and 3 cm from the top edge.
Kiwi and 3 strawberries cut into slices with a thickness of 3mm. Viklasti on a napkin.
Top with the wet cloth. To decorate the cake.
To cook jelly cake according to the instructions (a little bit).
Brush to cover the fruit, so do not dry and stay fresh. Ready!!! URAAAAAAAA... finally!!! Put in refrigerator overnight or for 4 hours.
