Fish soup with corn
Interesting combination of ingredients and amazing taste!!!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    400 g

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Water

    2 l

  • Lemon

  • Green onions

Cooking

the fish washed and cut into pieces to marinate and salt+vinegar+grated ginger root let stand for 10 minutes.

Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil potatoes peel and cut into cubes in a pot with boiling water.

Carrots, coarsely cut into cubes and finely chop the onion and fry.
