Rolls with bread and salmon
Easy to implement, effective and delicious snack of crispbread, cream cheese and salmon. For the idea thanks Tanya lapundrik from LJ.

Ingredients

  • Bread

    10 piece

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • Salmon

    100 g

  • Lettuce

    5 piece

Bread spread with half of cream cheese, cover with clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for impregnation, preferably overnight.

Once the breads are soft, spread them remaining cream cheese.

Salmon cut into thin strips across the width of crispbread.

Put the fish and a leaf of lettuce on the bread, twist roll, cut it lengthwise into two pieces and fasten with a skewer or toothpick.
