I love herring in all its manifestations. I suggest you try one of my favorite snacks from this fish.

Cooking
Brew gelatin (see package), cooling.
Sour cream and mayonnaise combine with 4-5 tablespoons of gelatin and mix.
If you do not fillet and whole herring, it is necessary to separate it from the bones. All products are cut into small cubes.
With white bread or loaf off the peel and cut into cubes.
Connect all products and pour sauce of sour cream, mayonnaise and gelatin. Mix well.
The resulting mass is put into molds for baking cakes (or one large), cover with wrap and put in refrigerator.
After an hour or so to get to put the cupcake on a plate, decorate with greens, mayonnaise and olives. The appetizer is ready. Bon appetit!!!
