Eggplant rolls
Rolls with carrot-tomato and ham nacili. Rolls - yum!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Carrots

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cut eggplant into round slices along with the thickness of 3-5 mm. season with Salt and leave for 30 minutes, then rinse in cold water.

The tomatoes finely cut into cubes.

Carrots grate on a grater.

Fry the carrots in vegetable oil.

Add tomatoes, salt, lightly fry. Cool.

Cut the ham into small cubes.

Eggplant fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Then put on a paper towel and Pat to remove excess oil.
