Delicate jam. Would recommend.

  • Melon

    1 kg

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 kg

Clean the melon, remove the seeds. The pulp cut in small cubes and sprinkle them with sugar. Leave for 3-4 hours.

Lemon with peel mince.

Add lemon to melon. To put jam on a slow fire and cook for 40 minutes (after boiling). Then let it cool down, and then again to cook for 30 minutes. Hot jam to put in dry jars and cover hermetically.
