Smoothie
I want to offer you interesting and delicious recipe. Smoothies with cereal, blackcurrant juice, with chunks of marmalade, and even melon - just delicious.

Ingredients

  • Melon

    2 piece

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    2 cup

  • Black currants

    4 Tbsp

  • Marmalade

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Smoothie I used oat cereals of TM "Mistral".

Yogurt mixed with honey. To taste you can add vanilla at the tip of the knife.

From black currants to juice and add it to the yogurt. Beat.

Add rolled oats and whisk.

Marmalade cut into small cubes and add to smoothies. Mix well.

From melons to cut the upper and lower part to be sustainable. From melons to choose the pulp from the seeds.

Fill the melon yogurt weight. You can bring to the table. Bon appetit!
