Ingredients for smoothies.
The pineapple is cleared from the skin and remove the core. Cut it into cubes and shredded in a blender. Shredded and peeled bananas.
Strawberry squeeze the juice and add to other fruits in the blender and whip. I have strawberry downloaded at once in a blender and blend well all the ingredients. Fruits and berries ripe, juicy, sweet, so sugar, no water added.
Smoothie fragrant, sweet and delicious!
Poured it into six glasses of 250 ml each.
