So, let's start. In a bowl sift the flour, add the salt and stir. The milk is heated to a temperature of 38 degrees. Dissolve the yeast in it, add honey, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes In the middle of the flour pour the diluted yeast, add the oil, egg. Knead the dough (knead for about 5 minutes). The dough should be soft but not sticky. Put the dough in a bowl greased with oil, cover with clingfilm and leave to get to increase two times in a warm place for 1 hour. Prepare the filling: apples with nuts, powdered sugar and cinnamon stew for 5 minutes in a small amount of butter (20-30 grams). Approaching divide the dough into 6 equal portions (can be more then the rolls will be smaller).
Melt the butter. Grease the working surface with butter. Take a piece of dough on the table and stretch it into a thin rectangle, then brush with melted butter. Put in some stuffing (I even sprinkled a little powdered sugar) and begin to roll the roulade. Twist the roll into a snail.
Place the bun on a baking tray lined with baking paper, grease the top of a small amount of butter (can be lubricated with a mixture of yolk with a couple tablespoons of milk). The same work to do with the rest of the test. Place baking sheet in warm place to rolls again approached, for 30-40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Bake buns 15-20 minutes, depending on the type and capacity of the oven. I needed to bake only 14 minutes.
