Cooking
In the bowl of warm water to dissolve the yeast, add the sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of flour. Mix and allow the dough to rise for 10 minutes.

You can use flax seed, bran, sesame and poppy. It all depends on your taste and imagination.
Ready divide the dough into 8-10 parts. Each part roll into a bundle.
Coat hands with vegetable oil, wrap the bundles on the prepared skewers (better three things together). Thus to prepare the bread for baking. Folded spiral bread, put the skewers on the sides of the form so that the dough does not touch the bottom. Brush the bread with a beaten egg diluted with two tablespoons of water.
