Cooking
Prepare yeast dough: 0.5 liters of warm water dissolve 2 tsp of salt (without top), 2-3 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp butter, a packet of quick yeast ( a pack of 11 oz) and about 4 to 4.5 tbsp. flour ( glass 250 ml). Knead the dough and put in a warm place for an hour for proofing.
Rice put in cold salted water, add the butter. The amount of water in a saucepan, needs to be 2 times greater than the volume of rice (for example, half a Cup of rice a glass of water). The rice cook in cold water, to simmer with the lid on. Once the water has fully evaporated, the rice is cooked.
Boil eggs, peel and chop. To connect with onion and rice.
Add the melted butter and stir. The stuffing is ready.
Punch down the risen dough, roll out and cut pellet form. Put filling in them and to take the edge.
Fry patties in heated pan in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.
