Cooking

step-0
Salad. Ham cut into strips. Cut tomatoes into small pieces. Lettuce to break it. Add shrimp, ham, corn (water drained), tomatoes, a little salt. To fill with vegetable oil (or mayonnaise).
step-1
Cooking "mushrooms". Forgot about the camera and so I'll show You a photo which I studied by myself, taken from the Internet. Take boiled eggs and cut them to get 2 parts: 2/3 (thin part) and 1/3 (the thick part). A smaller portion - this will cap our fungus. Big - foot. Take out half the egg yolk in a separate bowl.
step-2
Next, make a strong tea there and throw our hats and let them simmer in the brew 10-15 minutes. Tea will give our hats brown. The taste is not affected.
step-3
While hats brown, let's prepare the filling. To do this, add the yolks cod liver oil and mayonnaise. Mix everything with a fork. Then stuffing our feet
step-4
After the hats have become brown, remove them from the tea and allow to cool. We start to gather our mushrooms. On a plate lay a green, forming the lawn. On greens cut down put "legs". In hats put too little stuffing and put on the cap and the stem of the mushroom.
step-5
Left to weave the basket. In the base of the "basket" I put a plastic sausage and linked sausage bread and cream cheese, the design is well kept.
step-6
Kartinku weaving of thinly sliced along Ogura and green onion
step-7
Ready basket put on lettuce leaves, put it in our salad, put the mushrooms.
