Salad with eggplant and Chinese cabbage
Family holidays often fall in lent, we do so every year. But also from simple ingredients you can prepare bright, festive and meatless dish. This recipe has long been my lifesaver. It is important not to overdo. Try?

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Eggplant cut into washers, to prisolit and leave for 15 minutes. This step a miss.

Salt rinse eggplant then Pat dry. Roll the eggplant in starch and fry in olive oil. Spread on paper towels.

Shred cabbage, finely chop the green onions.
