Put on the stove a pot of water. This amount of pepper will be sufficient 800 ml of water, in the end you can adjust the density to your liking, if desired, add more water. Pepper free from stalks and seeds and put in a hot pan with oil. Slightly prisolit and pepper. Fry on strong fire so that the pepper is browned on all sides. At the end of cooking add chopped garlic.

Into the pan with the remaining oil, pour in 3-4 tbsp of soy sauce. Pour the mixture into the pan with the peppers. Close the lid and simmer until the peppers are soft.
Put the pepper in the bowl of a blender and add 1-1,5 tbsp of corn flour. Grind all until smooth. Pour back into the pan.
