Chicken breast with ham in puff pastry
Very tasty and absolutely no troublesome dish. Breast is juicy and incredibly flavorful. Try it, You'll like it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    4 piece

  • Ham

    4 slice

  • Ginger

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

  • Jam apricot

    1 Tbsp

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Breast wash, dry paper towel and RUB a mixture of salt, pepper, grated ginger and seasoning for chicken. Leave to marinate not less than 20 minutes.

Marinated breast sauté in a mixture of oil and butter on both sides.

Thawed puff pastry to roll out, divide into 4 squares. On each square put a slice of ham, smear it with jam.

On top of the ham put a piece of chicken breast, stung the edge, forming the envelope. Lay on a baking sheet, previously soaked in water. Lay seam side down. Wrappers to grease with egg, to make each envelope 3 diagonal cuts.

Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes.

Serve with your favourite side dish. I simultaneously with the wrappers baked in the oven with potatoes, cut the slices.
